This Privacy Policy explains how Muhammad Zeeshan ("I", "me", "this site"), an independent freelance software developer based in Pakistan, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit this site.

1. Information I Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Contact form — your name, email address, subject, and message, when you submit an inquiry.
• Testimonials — if you're invited to leave a testimonial, I verify your identity via "Sign in with Google." This is identity verification only, not a site account — I never get access to your Google account beyond your name, email address, and profile photo, which Google shares with my app only after you approve the consent screen. Your photo is copied to this site's own storage so it can be displayed alongside your testimonial.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address — recorded when you submit the contact form, as a basic anti-abuse measure.
• Cookies — see the Cookies section below.

I do not collect payment information, and there is no public account system — the only authenticated user of this site is me, its owner.

2. How I Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form.
• To display approved testimonials (name, role, company, photo, and message) publicly on the site, with your knowledge at the time you submit one.
• To understand how the site is used, in aggregate, via Google Analytics (see below).
• To protect the contact form and email-reveal feature from spam and abuse, via Google reCAPTCHA.

3. Cookies and Tracking

This site sets a standard session cookie needed for basic functionality (e.g. remembering a submitted form's status). This cookie is not used for tracking.

When enabled, this site also uses Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and set cookies such as _ga and _gid to measure site usage in aggregate. These scripts are currently loaded automatically after the page settles or you interact with it, without a separate consent prompt. By continuing to use this site, you consent to this use of cookies. If you'd prefer not to be tracked, you can block cookies in your browser settings, or use a tracking-blocker extension.

4. Third-Party Services

This site relies on the following third parties, each with their own privacy practices:

• Google reCAPTCHA — protects the contact form and email-reveal feature from bots. Google may collect hardware/software information and send it to Google for analysis (Google Privacy Policy).
• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — aggregate usage analytics.
• Google Sign-In — identity verification for testimonials only.

I do not sell your information to anyone, for any reason.

5. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are kept so I can refer back to past conversations, and are only deleted when I manually remove them. Testimonial data (including your photo) is kept for as long as the testimonial remains published, or until you ask me to remove it.

6. Data Security

I take reasonable steps to protect the data you share with me, including access limited to myself as the sole administrator of this site. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You can ask me, at any time, to:

• see what information I hold about you,
• correct inaccurate information,
• delete your contact-form submission or testimonial (including your stored photo).

8. Children's Privacy

This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

9. International Visitors

This site is operated from Pakistan and welcomes visitors and clients worldwide. If you're visiting from the EU/EEA, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA regarding your personal data — the rights described in Section 7 above apply to you the same way.

10. Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy occasionally as the site changes. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
